Product UI/UX Designer

Currently we employ 50+ full time staff and another 20+ hourly engaged experts. We are seeking a talented Product UI/UX Designer to join our client’s innovative team. They are a startup developing a rapidly growing social commerce platform that empowers athletes, fans and brands to connect, sell, and thrive in the digital marketplace powered by Video Streaming Capabilities.

Position Overview:

As a Product UI/UX Designer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our social commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
• UX Design: Collaborate with product managers and designers to define user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize the user experience and align with business objectives.
• UI Design: Create visually stunning and user-friendly interface designs that enhance the platform’s aesthetic appeal and usability.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to validate design decisions and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
• User Feedback Integration: Continuously gather and analyze user feedback and data to inform design improvements and product enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and development, to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design and social commerce to bring innovative solutions to the table.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a social commerce or e-commerce setting.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and justify design decisions
• A portfolio showcasing your previous UI/UX work is required.
