Currently we employ 60+ full time staff and another 50+ hourly engaged experts. We specialize in offering software development services to small and medium businesses in the United States.

  • A smooth talking closer with a rolodex of companies that need software development services such as staff augmentation or project based software development
  • Passionate about closing 7 figure dollar deals with new clients 
  • Able to shape deals that meet client needs and leverage our unique value proposition

Responsibilities:

  • Hit the ground running leveraging your rolodex scheduling meetings in the first month.
  • Comfortable with quarterly six figure revenue targets.  
  • Create and execute a new customer targeting strategy to close and expand new business;
  • Work with potential clients and the team to determine opportunity scope, requirements and specifications;

Qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales/business development experience in selling software development services such as staff augmentation or project based software development
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and over-achieve revenue based sales targets
  • Minimum rolodex of 50 potential clients that you can contact in the first week.

Compensations and Benefits

  • Base salary
  • Percentage of the revenue from the deals you bring in
  • Potential equity in the company based revenue targets achieved. 
  • Flexible working arrangements as well as full remote if revenue targets are achieved.
